Salesforce.com Selects TerrAlign Solutions to Design Optimal Territories and Maximize Rep Capacity
Valued partner extends relationship to customer side after thorough evaluation
Reston, VA – November 16, 2009 –The TerrAlign Group, Inc. today announced that salesforce.com has selected TerrAlign 4 and eMap®, the leading territory alignment and sales resource optimization solution.
TerrAlign's solutions help organizations automate and optimize their sales resource planning process by enabling the Sales Operations group to design, visualize, analyze, and manage field forces for maximum utilization and profitability. Through a map-based user interface, TerrAlign automatically aligns and optimizes sales territories, giving each rep an equal amount of sales, potential, or workload while minimizing driving time. Benefits include increased selling time and revenues, with decreased costs and turnover.
Salesforce.com has enjoyed continued growth since its inception, but as a result faces the need to continually realign their territories.
