Sales Territory Planning Best Practices Discussed by Industry Expert

 

Reston, VA – December 30, 2009 – Ken Kramer, The TerrAlign Group, Inc.’s Director of Product Marketing & Business Development, presented at EcSELL Institute’s Sales Management Webinar on December 14, 2009. Other presenters included Bill Eckstrom of EcSELL Institute.

The EcSELL Institute regularly schedules webinars that address topics related to sales leadership and sales productivity. The December webinar titled 2010 Sales Territory Planning - 5 Last Minute Tips For Sales Managers focused on sales territory planning best practices, including when to realign sales territories, what factors effect success and how sales territory planning impacts incentive compensation.
